1. Standard rooms are $114 per night plus 11% tax. Max 4 people per room.
2. Reservations may be made by calling 1- 800-MARRIOTT OR (814) 312-1800 (A link will be sent out from headquarters if anyone desires online registration.)
3. Use Group ID “Gen Fed Women’s Club.”
4. Room reservation deadline: Tuesday, March 28, 2017.

2. Registration for the entire Convention is $50.00. One day registration is $40.
3. Your club number appears in the State Directory sent to each Club President annually.

What Should I Wear?
Thursday Dinner: Casual – please no shorts or denim
Business Meetings: Business casual; GFWC PA Shirt permissible
Friday Banquet: Business/Dressy
Saturday Banquet: Dressy or 50’s attire. Patsy Kline and Elvis will be “in the house.”

12:30 p.m. Honoring Our Veterans Luncheon $25
Chef’s Choice Lunch Buffet with assorted dressings, rolls, butter, Chef selected salad du jour, soup du jour, two entrees, potato or rice selection and fresh vegetable. Something for everyone!
6:30 p.m. State President’s Project Banquet $34
Fresh herb crusted breast of chicken topped with a creamy veloute and served with baked potato, sour cream, vegetable du jour, bakery basket, butter, house salad, and carrot cake. There will be a Chef’s Choice vegetarian option similar to above.

Orange and cranberry juices, fresh fruit display, scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage, bagels, English muffins and pastries, butter, cream cheese, and preserves.
12:30 p.m. St. Jude’s Partner Luncheon $25
Chef’s Choice Lunch Buffet with assorted dressings, rolls, butter, Chef selected salad du jour, soup du jour, two entrees, potato or rice selection and fresh vegetable. Something for everyone! This will be different from Friday’s luncheon.
6:30 p.m. Fabulous 50’s Banquet $40
Boneless short ribs slow cooked with carrots, onions, and celery, service with whipped potatoes, and finished with a roasted tomato demi-glace, bakery basket, butter, house salad, apple pie. There will be a Chef’s Choice vegetarian option similar to above.
